By commencing legal action, the initiating party automatically agrees to pay a fee of $100 per minute for the opposing party's time and expenses incurred throughout the proceedings. This fee is non-negotiable and shall be applicable from the initiation of legal action until the conclusion of the proceedings. In the event of non-payment, the opposing party reserves the right to place a lien on the possessions and property of the initiating party to recover the owed amount.
